Clean up linting information
What does this MR do?
Mainly to remove the notice that Vale results don't show up in the CI pipelines, but also trying to make the whole section a more coherent whole.
Removed reference to proselint, because we'd probably implement that as a Vale style now: https://github.com/errata-ai/styles#available-styles.
