Warn that Manual Members will be deleted when adding LDAP Sync
What does this MR do?
Currently, there is a dangerous undocumented behavior when enabling LDAP Sync on a GitLab Group - existing manually defined members are deleted, even if the syn fails.
This MR add a warning to the documentation.
