Further improvements to the Markdown page
What does this MR do?
This change makes it easier to edit the Markdown page by making sure the two occurrences of two trailing spaces left there intentionally are not auto-removed by writers' text editors. I added a HTML comments at the ends of these lines, which will prevent text editors from seeing the trailing spaces.
Additionally, some light style edits.
