Pipeline docs standardization updates

What does this MR do?

Small updates to clean up docs a bit:

1. Rename Pipelines Settings to Pipeline Settings (no s on pipeline)
2. Rename Introduction to job artifacts to Job artifacts
3. Multi-project pipelines got rid of Overview heading
4. Creating and using CI/CD pipelines got rid of Introduction heading
