Updated Create Deploy Tokens Step#3
What does this MR do?
Change the Step#3 on theDeploy Tokens - Creating a Deploy Token documentation.
On the document, it is stated that the Deploy Tokens is located under Settings > CI/CD.
However, as I searched for it and upon expanding the Version History, I found out that it was moved under Settings > Repository.
The version history is collapsed in default you have to expand it by clicking the ellipsis button for you to be able to see that it has been moved.
