Replaced ref links with inline ones

What does this MR do?

In the following files, removed ref links and put them inline, because this is the style we are now following.

./administration/pages/source.md
./administration/pages/index.md
./administration/job_artifacts.md
./topics/autodevops/index.md

Note: I'm fairly sure this topic had no issues and that it was a false positive in the report (maybe line 244?).
