Allow parenthesis to be included in group name

What does this MR do?

As part of https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/security/gitlab/-/merge_requests/281, we added validation to group name.

It was later observed that parenthesis is commonly used. This MR adds changes to include parenthesis as an allowed character.

The intended purpose for the validation will still hold true, with this change.
