Fix container registry tag column on mobile

What does this MR do?

This MR fixes an issue with the container tag having the wrong cell size on mobile, and adds some tests to prevent the bug to appear

⚠ As it is now this feature is still gated behind a feature flag, that being said the feature flag may be removed during the life of this MR, in that case, I will update the MR with a changelog. ⚠
