Update Repository Analytics feature title
What does this MR do?
Contribution Charts was previously under a left-nav link called Charts. It was moved under a left-nav link called "Repository" in the "Analytics" section in 9ed8c8ca. However, the name on the feature itself, and the translations of that name, were not changed.
This replaces the deprecated feature name of Contribution Charts with the new feature name of Repository Analytics. It updates actual translations, including Chinese, Portuguese, Russian and Spanish, which originated from Google Translate and some wishful thinking.
