Remove ignore_column for repository_storage column
What does this MR do?
As a part of our process to remove a db column (https://docs.gitlab.com/ee/development/what_requires_downtime.html#dropping-columns), in this third step we can remove the ignore_column :repository_storage added to Snippet previously.
