Log explorer: Add filtered search to logs
What does this MR do?
Adds a filtered search to the logs search.
Implements #207912 (closed), additionally fixes #212545 (closed), #211507 (closed) & #195686 (closed)
Filtered search is available when elasticsearch is installed in the cluster and setup to collect logs.
