Improve usability of the links in the file listing
What does this MR do?
Improves the usability of the links in the file listing.
Folders and blobs now have the whole cell as a link. Submodules are different doesn't have the whole row as a link.
This behaviour removes the whole row as a link, which was handled by JavaScript.
