Container registry: preserve the page on the list

What does this MR do?

This MR fixes the issue where navigation to an Image Repository details page and then back would 'forget the page' on the Image Repository list.

In addition, this MR fixes an internal issue where the breadcrumb was adding wrong classes to the li elements

⚠ As it is now this feature is still gated behind a feature flag, that being said the feature flag may be removed during the life of this MR, in that case, I will update the MR with a changelog. ⚠
