Update Geo docs for selective sync changes
What does this MR do?
This MR updates the Geo docs around the support of git performing clone/pull/push operations over HTTP against a repo on a Geo secondary where the repo doesn't exist because of selective sync. It also mentions that SSH support is currently not available but is coming.
