Resolve "Issue boards selector only shows first 100 boards"
What does this MR do?
Quickfix for #211267 - increase page size to show 'all' boards in boards list.
This matches the pre-graphQL behavior
I plan to add proper pagination (scroll to bottom to load more) in 12.10 - WIP MR !27322 (closed)
