Truncate JUnit test report test case name

What does this MR do?

For #37427 (closed)

Truncate the text in the "Name" column of the JUnit test reports table in the "Tests" tab on the pipeline page.

Technically, copy the styling of the "Class" column by applying

• .text-truncate to truncate the text with an ellipsis
• .pr-md-1 to provide a bit of separation from the next column
