What does this MR do?
As a follow up to !26398 (merged) , @jlong and I were discussing that the general import/export page could be a little clearer as well, so explicitly calling out that admin imports are self-managed only.
Prompted by (internal links) customer ticket and Slack discussion.

Ensure a release milestone is set. -
If there has not been a technical writer review, create an issue for one using the Doc Review template.
