Replace jquery dropdowns across analytics

What does this MR do?

Replaces the remaining jquery / bootstrap dropdowns in analytics with the new GlNewDropdown component

• Removes the dependency on jquery in the analytics space
• Updates specs
• Replaces done callbacks in specs with promises
