Add feature tests for the new Vue packages list

What does this MR do?

This adds some missing feature tests for the new Vue package list and fixes a bug with the project link (identified by one of the tests).

Note: this does not include feature tests for sorting. These are now covered by the frontend Vue tests.

This relates to issue #33905 (closed) and the plan outlined in !18860 (merged).
