What does this merge request do and why?

Accept query and search_term as unadvertised aliases for search in Mcp::Tools::Search::SearchService when search is not already provided by the caller, and lead the tool description with the required scope and search parameters plus a short example call.

MCP clients frequently send the query text under query or search_term on their first attempt, which previously failed schema validation (additionalProperties: false and search is missing) and required a retry.
