Remove the unused Orbit schema type validators

What does this MR do and why?

Removes ee/orbit/api/schema_types.js and its spec. It is the last Orbit frontend file that nothing imports: its validators have no caller, and its typedefs only served one JSDoc type in node_style_map.js, which now lists the fields inline.

No behavior change.

How the unused files were found
  • dependency-cruiser with the webpack aliases over app/assets/javascripts and ee/app/assets/javascripts (specs excluded): this is the only Orbit file that no entry point reaches.
  • All 16 Orbit .graphql files have an importer.
  • Every Orbit event outside ee/config/events/removed/ still has a caller.
