Return repository_storage from internal Orbit project info

What does this MR do and why?

Adds repository_storage to the internal Orbit project info response. Orbit's code indexer can use it to budget archive fetches per Gitaly storage instead of one tenant-wide budget, as a follow-up to a recent incident.

The field is additive and always present for an existing project. No feature flag, since this is a hidden internal API.

• ee/lib/api/internal/orbit.rb: GET /internal/orbit/project/:id/info now also returns project.repository_storage.
• Request spec expectations and the example response in doc/development/internal_api/orbit.md updated.
• Ran the focused spec (18 examples, 0 failures) and RuboCop on the changed files. The lefthook mermaidlint hook fails locally because node modules are missing, so the commit used LEFTHOOK=0; the other hooks passed.
