Rename "Project Services" in frontend and docs

What does this MR do?

Issue #208516 (closed)

• Update copy from "Project Service" to "Integration" in frontend and documentation.
• Fix link to Kube integration in deploy boards
• In docs, only updated references to user-facing changes (no API changes, yet).
