Fix fixtures for Error Tracking Web UI

What does this MR do?

Fixes fixtures for Error Tracking Web UI, to avoid unexpected failures in March (when the previous month February has only 28 or 29 days).

Also makes the area narrow for have_content instead of the entire page, to make debugging easier.
