GA Malicious Packages docs

What does this MR do and why?

Part of the Malicious Packages GA cleanup (epic &23613 (closed)). This MR:

• Removes the leftover GraphQL experiment status from the vulnerability malware badge and filter — the malware field on the Vulnerability type and the malware filter argument on the vulnerabilities and vulnerability-severities-count resolvers — now that the vulnerability_malware_detection flag is removed.
• Regenerates the GraphQL reference documentation.
• Marks the following removed malware flags generally available in GitLab 19.5: cvs_malware_advisories, sbom_scan_malware_findings, sync_malware_advisories, and ingest_malware_advisories. Adds a "Generally available ... feature flag removed" history entry and removes the > [!flag] notes and Status: Beta markers.

The dependency_malware_detection flag removal, along with its dependency list documentation and GraphQL changes, is handled separately in !258729 (merged), so it is intentionally not included here.

Translated docs under doc-locale/ are intentionally unchanged (localization team owns these).
