Add vue 3 config flag to remaining geo pages

What does this MR do and why?

Second MR for the remaining Geo entrypoints. Merges into !260376 (merged) which introduced the Vue 3 feature flag vue3_migrate_geo

The replication page failed to load so this MR also fixes the bug (missing Apollo registration).

How to set up and validate locally (optional)

1. Requires a Premium or Ultimate license

2. Enable feature flag vue3_migrate_geo

3. You'd need to have a primary site, and can create one in rails console for gdk (verify the url is the correct one for your instance) -

   GeoNode.create!(name: "gdk", url: "http://127.0.0.1:3000/", primary: true)

4. To reach the replications page a feature flag is required

   Feature.enable(:geo_project_repository_replication)
