Summary

Removes the unused delegation Packages::PackageFile#debian_file_type from app/models/packages/package_file.rb.

The method was generated by the multi-method delegate :file_type, :dsc?, :component, :architecture, :fields, to: :debian_file_metadatum, prefix: :debian declaration. With prefix: :debian, :file_type generated the public method debian_file_type. Only :file_type is removed; the four sibling delegations on the same line (debian_dsc?, debian_component, debian_architecture, debian_fields) remain, as they are all still in use.

This delegation was verified as unused by:
