What does this MR do and why?

Wire security attribute filters to vulnerability queries

Declare the securityAttributesFilters variable on the group vulnerability list and severity count queries so the attribute tokens already rendered on the report can reach the GraphQL layer. The list and counts components spread the filters object into their variables, so the value flows through once the variable is declared.
