Remove zoekt_language_aggregations feature flag
What does this MR do and why?
Removes the zoekt_language_aggregations feature flag and keeps the feature. The language filter in the code search sidebar is now always available for exact code search (Zoekt).
The flag has been enabled for everyone on GitLab.com since 2026-09-21 (feature flag log).
Changes:
- Backend: drops the flag checks in
Search::Zoekt::SearchResults(aggregations andknown_languages) andSearch::Zoekt::CodeQueryBuilder(language filter). - Frontend: drops
zoekt_language_aggregations_enabledfrom the search sidebar data, the Vuex state, and the checks in the store actions andblobs_filters.vue. - GraphQL: removes "Requires the
zoekt_language_aggregationsfeature flag" from thelanguageargument ofblobSearch. The argument stays an experiment. - Deletes the flag definition and the specs that covered the disabled state.

N/A. Nothing changes on GitLab.com, where the flag is already enabled.
How to set up and validate locally
You need GDK with exact code search (Zoekt) enabled and a group indexed.
- Search for code in that group, for example
http://gdk.test:3000/search?group_id=<id>&scope=blobs&search=def. - The sidebar shows the Language filter with counts, and selecting a language narrows the results.
