Update DAST auto-deploy-image to v0.10.0

What does this MR do?

Updates auto-deploy-image to 0.10.0. The changes since 0.9.1 are:

• Removes the explicitly set pull policy during deployment (IfNotPresent) in favor of the chart's default
• Updates the bundled glibc
• Updates helm with a security fix (no other changes)
