Minor improvements on e2e tests from the DevOps Create stage

What does this MR do?

This MR:

• makes it explicit how resources such as project and wiki are fabricated, and
• it shortens some end-to-end tests (more details in the commit description)

Finally, with this change, we reduce the test codebase in 3 lines. 🎉
