Use organization overview path in org switcher
What does this MR do and why?
The organization switcher in the super sidebar linked each switch-target
organization to its root path (rootPath). That path now redirects from
org-scoped user dashboards to the global dashboard, so the switcher no
longer navigates to the intended organization.
This changes the switch-target links to use the organization overview path
(webPath), which is the same field already exposed on the organization
GraphQL fragment. The current-organization entry already used the overview
URL, so this also makes both entries consistent.

How to set up and validate locally
- Enable Organizations and sign in as a user that belongs to more than one organization.
- Open the super sidebar organization switcher.
- Click an organization under "Switch organizations".
- Confirm it navigates to that organization's overview page instead of redirecting to the global dashboard.
