Use GlTable for Duo model selection feature tables
What does this MR do and why?
The admin and group GitLab Duo model selection pages render their feature/model tables through the shared BaseFeatureSettingsTable, which used GlTableLite. GlTableLite has no sorting support, so the columns could not be sorted.
This MR switches that shared base table from GlTableLite to GlTable and makes the Feature and Model columns sortable at both the admin (instance) and group (namespace) levels. The Default model and Available models columns remain non-sortable.
The UX benefit: admins can now sort the tables to easily compare and group features by their selected model, or scan feature names alphabetically.
Screenshots or screen recordings
The tables are visually unchanged; the only new affordance is the sort control on the Feature and Model column headers.

How to set up and validate locally
- Visit Admin → GitLab Duo → Model selection (
/admin/gitlab_duo/model_selection) and/or a group's Settings → GitLab Duo → Model selection. - Click the Feature or Model column header to sort ascending/descending.
- Confirm rows reorder by feature name / displayed model name, and that a Duo Developer "Auto" row sorts by "Auto".
