workhorse: Migrate Workhorse S3 uploads to AWS transfermanager
What does this MR do and why?
Migrate Workhorse S3 uploads to AWS transfermanager
Replace the deprecated S3 manager with transfermanager v0.4.7, retaining checksum and encryption support.
Addresses some failed tests by checking for cancellation before uploading: transfermanager buffers input before checking the context, so already-canceled or expired uploads could otherwise consume input or block. Allow 60 seconds for multipart cleanup using a fresh context after cancellation.
The new library defaults increase part size from 5 to 8 MiB and the multipart threshold from 5 to 16 MiB. Update boundary and cancellation tests accordingly.
