WIP: Use 1st class vulns on project security dashboard

What does this MR do?

This MR adds vulnerability_path (a link to the vulnerability's detail page) and location (the metadata indicating where the vulnerability was found) to the response returned by the project vulnerabilities' API.

These additions are required to use first class vulnerabilities with the upcoming vulnerabilities table on the project security dashboard.
