Chart DAP Impact share of users and sessions by tier
What does this MR do and why?
This MR finishes the "Share of users vs share of sessions" panel on the Adoption tab of the DAP Impact system dashboard (ee/lib/gitlab/analytics/dashboards/system/dap_impact.yaml).
The panel was marked "(WIP)" and used placeholder data, because the GLQL userTier dimension did not exist yet. It queried AgentPlatformSession grouped by flowType as a stand in.
GLQL 0.39.0 now ships the userTier dimension, so the panel is updated to query DuoWorkflow, grouped by userTier with thresholds [5, 25, 100], and metrics usersCount (share of users) and totalCount (share of sessions), sorted by userTier descending. The thresholds match the "Sessions by tier and capability" heat map on the same tab, so rows read Light (1-4), Regular (5-24), Heavy (25-99), and Power (100+), with Power at the top. The "(WIP)" tag is dropped from the title, and the tooltip now describes what the panel actually shows.

How to set up and validate locally
- Make sure GDK has ClickHouse and DuoWorkflow data available.
- Restart rails-web (
gdk restart rails-web), since system dashboards are memoised. - Visit
http://gdk.test:3000/explore/analytics_dashboards/dap_impact, pick a group, and open the Adoption tab. - Confirm the "Share of users vs share of sessions" panel shows four tier rows, with Power at the top, users on the left and sessions on the right.
