Convert Session intensity by tier panel to GLQL
What does this MR do and why?
Summary
This change simplifies how the "session intensity by tier" dashboard panel works. Previously, it used a custom data pipeline — a dedicated GraphQL query, a JavaScript data source, and a specialized table component — to fetch and format user activity tier data, then display it in a custom table with calculated percentages and intensity scores.
The new approach replaces all of that with a standard GLQL query (a general-purpose analytics query language already used elsewhere in the product), letting the existing GLQL infrastructure handle data fetching and display. A new reusable "tier band" presenter component is added to properly format tier labels (e.g., "Light (1–4)", "Heavy (25–99)") wherever tier data appears in GLQL results.
As a result, a significant amount of now-redundant code is deleted: the custom GraphQL query files, the bespoke data source module, its tests, and the related JSON schema entry. The dashboard configuration is updated to point to the new GLQL-based setup, and the panel is slightly shorter on screen. Intensity column has also been removed
