Use 'caproni tool' in exec script too

See Use 'caproni kubectl' in exec script (!254134 - merged), which made a similar change for the kubectl call. We need the equivalent for mirrord too.

Closes `exec.sh` uses the current context for `mirrord` (gitlab-caproni#69 - closed).
