Add review requested tab to merge requests widget
What does this MR do and why?
This adds a "Review requested" tab to the merge requests widget on the personal homepage, so users can see merge requests waiting on their review alongside the ones assigned to them.
This merge request was previously stacked on !256604 (merged) and !256602 (merged), both of which have now merged.
Everything is behind the disabled-by-default homepage_merge_requests_widget feature flag, which was introduced with the widget's "Assigned to you" tab. No changelog entry is needed since the feature flag is disabled by default.
- Adds a second bucket,
reviewRequestedMergeRequests, to the existing GraphQL query, filtered to review statesUNAPPROVED,UNREVIEWEDandREVIEW_STARTED, sorted by most recently updated - Adds a second
<gl-tab>titled "Review requested" with its own total count badge - Adds a
showAuthorprop to the row component. On this tab only, the first line shows the merge request author's name after the project path, separated by a middot. The project path truncates first so the author name stays visible. The schema declares the author as nullable, so the name and its separator are only rendered when an author is present. - Adds the empty state for the tab: "No merge requests to review."
Everything else is shared with the existing tab: the same row component, the same show more and show less behaviour capped at 8 rows, the same loading and error states, and the same tracking event. Each tab keeps its own independent show more state.

Feature.enable(:homepage_merge_requests_widget, User.find_by_username('root')) - Have someone request your review on a merge request, so the tab has something to show
- Visit
/and switch to the "Review requested" tab - Confirm the author name appears on the first line, after the project path
- Confirm the project path truncates before the author name when the card is narrow
