Make it more clear that ES search indexer is included in Omnibus

Stefan Schmalzhaf requested to merge the_s/gitlab:docs-es-omnibus into master

While activating ElasticSearch I had to read the docs many times to see that the go-indexer is included in Omnibus, as it`s only a small sentence. This MR tries to state that more clearly.
