What does this MR do and why?

The MTTR over time panel/chart used mock data while the BE work was in progress. There was a mock resolver and typedefs declared. These are all removed with this MR, to use actual data from the BE.

This also includes a small bugfix when switching the grouping of the chart, which would scramble the legend.

How to set up and validate locally

  1. Enable feature flag security_dashboard_mttr_chart
  2. Go to group/project/organization security dashboard and validate the chart uses actual data from BE
