Remove redundant type: :component metatag from component specs

What does this MR do?

The RSpec/RedundantMetatagType cop flags type: metatags that RSpec already infers from the spec file location. For specs under spec/components/, type: :component is inferred automatically, so the explicit metatag is redundant.

This removes the redundant type: :component metatag from 20 component specs (autocorrected by the cop) and drops their entries from .rubocop_todo/rspec/redundant_metatag_type.yml, continuing to chip away at that TODO list.

Mechanical, autocorrect-only change. No behavior change: the metatag is equivalent to the type RSpec already infers.

Testing

bundle exec rubocop --only RSpec/RedundantMetatagType <files>
# => 20 files inspected, no offenses detected

bundle exec rubocop <files>
# => 20 files inspected, no offenses detected

bundle exec rspec <files>
# => 289 examples, 0 failures

All 20 specs pass locally. The "Missing metadata feature_category" warnings emitted by some examples are pre-existing and unrelated to this change.

Author checklist

  • RuboCop clean on all batch files (cop-only and full run)
  • All affected specs pass locally
  • No behavior change (redundant metatag removal only)
