docs: Add Pages troubleshooting for /etc/ssl/ca-bundle.pem
What does this MR do?
Documentation addition for the resolution to an issue a customer reported (internal links.)
Pages runs in a chroot jail, which is not apparent from the documentation. I realised as a result of reading issues and MRs that were related to the errors reported.
This revision documents the resolution to the specific errors, and also mentions the chroot jail.
