How to set up and validate locally

1. In your GDK, on an MR, request a review from GitlabDuo
2. Go to Automate > Agent sessions, open the session, and check the session info panel. The flow title should now appear as a link to the catalog item. Before this MR this would just be a text without a link.

3. Optional database check in a Rails console:

pry(main)> Ai::DuoWorkflows::Workflow.last.slice(:workflow_definition, :ai_catalog_item_version_id)
...
=> {"workflow_definition"=>"code_review/v1", "ai_catalog_item_version_id"=>3}

Before the fix, code review sessions had nil here. After it, the ID should be set. Sessions created before the fix stay blank. That is expected, since this change only affects new sessions.
