Remove dead e2e:test-on-gdk CI config

What

  • Delete the e2e:test-on-gdk trigger job, its rule, and the build-gdk-image job that fed it.
  • Remove the E2E_GDK constant and e2e-gdk pipeline type from scripts/pipeline/set_pipeline_name.rb.
