Rename 'More features' nav item to 'Feature catalog'

What does this MR do and why?

Renames the super sidebar nav item from "More features" to "Feature catalog". "More features" makes it sounds like the sidebar shows only some of the features, with the rest being in the modal. "Feature catalog" being a bit more vague, it should set the user's expectations right.

How to set up and validate locally

  1. Check out this branch and start the GDK.
  2. Visit any project or group page.
  3. In the left sidebar, the nav item with the applications icon now reads "Feature catalog".
  4. Collapse the sidebar to icon-only mode and hover the item: the tooltip also reads "Feature catalog".
