Duo Settings MCP server table: fold Description/URL into name cell with expandable row

What does this MR do and why?

On the Duo Settings MCP registry table, the Description and Connection URL columns were single-line truncated with no way to read the full content without navigating away from the table.

This MR folds both fields into the MCP server column:

• Server name on the first line (bold)
• Description clamped to two lines in subtle text below it (with "None" fallback)
• URL with middle truncation (position="middle")

A show more button is added that expands the description if it is longer than two lines.

How to set up and validate locally

1. Navigate to a group's Duo Settings page (Admin > Groups > [group] > Duo Settings, or /groups/[group]/-/settings/duo)
2. Ensure some external MCP servers are registered with long descriptions and/or long URLs
3. Verify the table shows name, clamped description, and middle-truncated URL in the MCP server column
4. Click the show more toggle on any row to expand it and see the full description
5. Click the show less toggle to collapse the description
