Swap wait_for_requests for reliable waiters in ee/spec/features/groups/virtual_registries/maven/registries_spec.rb.

Part of Remove all uses of `wait_for_requests`, `wait_f... (&22879). This file has had 1,706 'quiet' flakes (pass on retry, not reliably surfacing as a failed build but extending runtimes) in the last three months.
