What does this MR do and why?

Resolves #613531 (closed)

Board columns built their query variables by spreading in all base variables and overriding only firstPageSize. The base set carries the List view pagination state, so an old List cursor reached every column query. Board view sorts by RELATIVE_POSITION_ASC while that cursor is tied to created_at, so every column returned a 500.

Now afterCursor, beforeCursor and lastPageSize are dropped. boardColumnCountVariables uses the same helper, so it is fixed too.

How to set up and validate locally

  1. Open the work items list for a group that has more than 20 items.
  2. Click Next to go to page 2.
  3. Switch to Board view.
