Resolve "Rename in MR exported keys - backend"

What does this MR do?

This is a solution for #199254 (closed)

We're renaming license_management to license_scanning so we need to change it in fields exported in MR widget entity. For now, we're duplicating those keys and remove duplicates when the frontend is ready to use new keys.
